Cancellations should be made 48 hours or more, prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classed as a “no show” which will require a cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If for some reason you have a problem with your lashes, you will have 24 hours to reach out and come get them fixed at the earliest convenience. Deposit are non refundable, you can transfer your deposit one time if you need to reschedule. After that one time you will have to pay new deposit to re schedule.
